The apartments at Residence Pineta Uno offer a comfortable and functional stay, perfect for relaxing holidays in a natural setting. The accommodations are located on the ground floor or the first floor and feature a patio or balcony equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying moments of outdoor relaxation. Each apartment is equipped with a TV, air conditioning (available only in the living room), a dishwasher, and a washing machine (except for Mono Apartments). Extra beds cannot be requested.
Trilocali for 4 people
Spacious and functional, the Trilocali/ three-room apartments feature a large living room, a separate kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom. They can be located on the ground floor with a furnished patio or on the first floor with a balcony, and some are spread over two levels connected by convenient internal stairs.
Quadrilocali for 5 people
Perfect for large families, these two-story apartments, connected by masonry stairs, feature a spacious living room, a separate kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with low beds, a single bedroom, and two bathrooms. Equipped with a patio and a terrace, they provide ample space for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Quadrilocali for 6 people
Designed for groups or large families, these spacious Quadrilocali/ four-room apartments are spread over two floors connected by internal stairs. They include a large living room, a separate kitchen, a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Depending on the layout, they feature either a patio or a terrace, ensuring comfort and convenience for a worry-free stay.
